We Need a Plan to Maintain Our Beautiful Parks!

True, we have some very beautiful parks in Henry County, however we don't have any kind of plan to maintain it, to do upgrades when needed. Our parks shouldn't only be nice and beautiful for a while, they should ALWAYS be nice and beautiful, period.
